Outfitter is a medium to large, uniform iceberg with dark color, strong texture, and a solid internal structure that forms heavy, well-protected heads. With excellent downy mildew tolerance, intermediate Fusarium resistance, and slow bolting, it’s a reliable performer during transition harvest windows—particularly under moderate heat and pest pressure. Suitable for both conventional and organic production.
